the second thing is you can deal with problems financially with reducing funding from the federal courts and some of my colleagues want to do impeachment. that's probably a bill you can't get over but also, article three, section one, you could remove for failure to serve during good behavior, which is the term of the constitution, not lifetime tenure so there are some avenues for congress to take and we need to get going right away. we almost got one done last week in the house and i think we are going to do it again monday and that is limitation of jurisdiction. >> are some of these judges infringing on hour of presidency interfering with the executive branch? >> absolutely abusing their power. some of these judges have long history of using political bias and ruling in making their decisions and that is part of

that tariffs. >> we will follow it this week, thank you very much. ♪ fox weather alert, severe storms continue to promote southern and central states with that the tornadoes and flooding madison scarpino is live in tennessee with the latest. >> so far officials confirm at least 16 people are dead from severe storms hitting middle america for four days now. nashville really bad flooding thursday, thankfully, the area was spared from the worst of the storms over the last 24 hours, but other parts of the state work hit hard. memphis had torrential downpours yesterday floodwaters were swamping parts of interstate 40, submerging cars and several water rescues around the city and kentucky, conditions are bad. two people have died there so far, including a 9-year-old boy

yesterday was four out of five in the several days it was five out of five at one time for quite a bit more muted but still tornado watch in place as you head into the evening, including the metro area. even though the storm system is moving east, flooding will continue to be an issue because it takes time with this much water to work down into these streams. there are currently a number of areas looking at major flooding and process. largely around the ohio river stretching up into indiana and joining the mississippi, but again, this will continue to work its way down into larger rivers and flooding will continue for days. if we are tracking for the system moves next, you can pay attention to portions of new england and stretching into the northeast, that is no in the higher elevations along the coast looking at a rainy day. how much snow? not huge numbers but it is april and there are some areas getting up, four, five, maybe even 6 inches of snow, especially in higher elevations. it's that time of year we get all of it. >> interesting.

blunt force trauma, evidence, bruising marks on her neck bleeding and injury to her brain contusions, the cause of death was strangulation and blunt force trauma homicide. how do you assess this? >> oh my goodness, this is devastating thing for her family to sit through and we know 14-year-old daughter was bringing down, which had to have been heartbreaking for the jury to see. this case comes on to the dna because defense in their opening since they said they had the wrong guy and this was a crime of passion in part because of the injuries she suffered, it doesn't lend itself to being a random attack but the prosecution has dna evidence, this is an interesting case for in the new wave in 2018 with the global state killer, they found him due to genetic genealogy and that's how they found their man,

that was the only evidence leading to them so the defense is going to want to attack all of that dna evidence that the prosecution is saying we are on solid footing with this dna putting. >> what are the odds of an attack on the dna evidence being effective? >> i really don't know because apparently it was dna left in many places and a lot of it was tested and he came back his. i'm not genetic genealogist, but i think there were issues of samples in terms of missing pieces of dna, but ultimately i think we are all going to the same place even if there were issues with some of the samples, i think they are the race in terms of dna, but we will see. you never know what people will do when i get in the jury room but i think it's a pretty strong case. >> then there's the case in the boston area, trial, and that case where jury selection is underway. how do you assess that one? >> that is going to be --

they've already picked ten jurors so they been at it for about a week. 12 and for alternates and it's not easy to get a jury in a case like this, but if you look back to the trump trial and hunter biden trial, they were able to get a jury relatively quickly, so i would considering the publicity and dependence being known to the general public, i would assume by next week at this time they will probably have a panel and a jury but it is a very slow process, they been sitting for days, questioning these people. >> are those who haven't followed this case, why do you think it would be difficult to find an impartial jury in this case? >> this is a lot of emotion in massachusetts. there are people last trial out there protesting in support of her while the trial was going on and this is a real whodunit? there are so many who really think karen is guilty and many who think she's not in the cover-up so there's a lot of publicity and she's even gone on

very specific targeting for arrest because of phony documents yet, the democratic party, every single member of congress is a democrat washington has come out and demanded answers despite the fact that it seems obvious why they were targeted but now the democratic party i guess is okay with illegal immigrants working with fake documents. >> jim jordan dragged washington state officials up to capitol hill behind, do you think that will follow them or win them points back home? >> i will win them points, insufferably heroic how they stand up for illegal immigrants. they will make no attempt to differentiate between someone who hasn't broken the law in addition to being here illegally in the folks who are very violent and people who objectively, anyone would say regardless of how you vote should be supported. they make no difference whatsoever so they would take it as an opportunity to sing about how they are heroic and will do
